Power of Brand

You’ve worked hard to create a strong brand for your business. Events are the perfect opportunity to take advantage of all that hard work.

 

Marketing your events can take many shapes, email marketing, print collateral, social media and your website are strong opportunities to increase your brand awareness.

 

When creating invitations for your events ensure your brand stands out. From the colors you choose through to the images, they should all reflect your business. Remember, your brand is bigger than your logo. Think about choosing a color from your brand and making your text the same. Pick an image that already exists on your website or promotional material and incorporate this into your marketing to give consistency to your communications and to make your invite instantly recognisable.

 

The language you use may alter depending on your market audience but it should still be in the same tone as your everyday communications as a business. If you generally use business casual tones, a formal invitation will confuse your audience with lack of consistency and vice versa.

 

Branding should of course, be front of stage at your events, banners are great, but think bigger. When designing the event could you use room lighting to reflect your companies colors, how about napkins, table cloths, centerpieces. All these little things come together to create an inclusive and subtle reinforcement of your brand.
